1. Service Descriptions

BlackForge Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services. We strive to describe our services as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability.

• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or equipment failure.

3. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to ensure a safe and suitable environment for our mobile detailing operations (e.g., access to water/power if required, permission to work on premises).

4. Limitation of Liability

BlackForge Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

5. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from BLACKFORGE DETAILING LLC dba BlackForge Detailing. These messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, on-the-way updates, service notifications, customer support, invoices, payment notifications, and, if separately opted in, promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
